We charge a small commission only on successful deals (when money is distributed or invested). This means you only pay when your Circle succeeds.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a licensed and regulated payment processor. Stripe charges standard processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). These fees are separate from our commission and are standard across the industry.
Note: We do NOT charge any additional fees on top of Stripe's processing fees. What you see is what you pay - no hidden costs.
Commission is only charged when a deal is successfully completed (e.g., when distributions are made or investments are finalized). You don't pay anything for creating deals or tracking transactions.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges or credits.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period. Your data remains accessible, but you'll be moved to the Free tier.
